Nine feared killed in Manang

POKHARA, July 2

Nine people from nieghbouring Gorkha are feared to have been killed in a clash with locals of Naar VDC of Manang district recently.
Police suspect that the nine, who had gone to the area to collect yar-chagumba (cordyceps sinesis), might have been killed when they clashed with locals some 20 days ago.
The cause of the clash has not been established as yet.
